Refund policy

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original, unopened packaging. Sample packs cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returned orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
